1. Agreement

By using autoMobility you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Listings

Listings are created by suppliers, not by autoMobility. We review listings before publication but we do not own, inspect or warrant any vehicle or part. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

3. Enquiries and purchases

autoMobility is a discovery platform. We do not process payments and are not party to any transaction between you and a supplier. Price, payment, handover and documentation are agreed directly with the supplier.

4. Delivery pricing

Delivery options and fees for parts are configured by suppliers and shown on the part page. Where a destination or fee is missing, confirm it with the supplier in writing before paying.

5. Saved items

Saved items are tied to your account. If a listing is removed or archived it will no longer appear in your saved list.

6. Acceptable use

Do not post false or misleading listings, impersonate another business, scrape the platform, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
