Supplier Agreement

1. Scope

These terms apply in addition to our general terms and conditions.

2. Accurate listings

You must keep specifications, pricing and availability accurate. Listings that repeatedly misrepresent an item will be removed.

3. Review cooperation

Listings are subject to review. Respond to requests for changes promptly and supply clear information when asked.

4. Handling inquiries

Respond to customer inquiries in a reasonable time. Persistent non-response may result in reduced visibility.

5. Fees and charges

Any fees payable by suppliers are shown separately in the portal. Platform fees do not include delivery, which is configured per part.
